The Mathiotte family has tended vines in Les Riceys, in the Côte des Bar, for four generations. Every leaf and bunch carries our family heritage. Guided by our environmental certifications, we protect the richness of our terroir while combining tradition with a modern outlook.

That is why, in 2020, we gained Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne and High Environmental Value Level 3 certification.
